Models
- M-VAC 900
The M-VAC 900 is a relatively small system which can be transported into stopes. It is suited for vamping and current sweeping in producing stope panels with the vacuumed product being discharged into the strike gully, ore pass, hully or into bags. The system can be rail-mounted as a portable unit for crosscut cleaning or dirty water, mud or fines.
- Capacity: ±3 tons per hour over ±80m
- Maximum particle size: 45mm
- M-VAC 1700
The M-VAC 1700 can be installed either in the crosscut or stope. The system is suitable for mud cleaning and can be used in conjunction with the M-VAC mud separator.
- Capacity: ±3.5 tons per hour over ±150m
- Maximum particle size: 60mm
- M-VAC 3000
The M-VAC 3000 is suitable for installation up to 300 meters from the product being vacuumed. It can be used for removal of bulk ore from high-grade producing stopes or production from remote pillars inaccessible for normal mining methods.
- Capacity: ±3.5 tons per hour over ±250m
- Maximum particle size: 75mm
- M-VAC 5000 (Twin)
The high-capacity twin system can effectively maintain sweepings of four producing panels with two 130mm suction lines acting independently through the one pump. Suction lines can be remote from one another or used simultaneously in one stope panel to remove up to 7 tons per hour. Eliminating the need for two bulky systems in one location and is more cost-effective.
